Means your using sRGB as your RGB-setup, And your monitor uses different/ simplified RGB, your images will be darker if you save them unless you change your setup. (at least that was my solution)

Go to

File > Color Setting > RBG Setup

And then change RGB from sRGB (or whatever there is) to Simplified Monitor RGB and your problem will be solved (i think)

i had similar problem bfore also where in photoshop, the colors will look lighter and when i view the jpg in any other program besides PS, it'll look darker and some hues would look different. finally found out because the color profile in PS and the monitor one was different. so check your color profile in preferences and open two of the same picture in PS and outside of PS and use the one that makes both pictures look the same.
