was going to say it needs a splash of color but.. now i'm not so sure.

looks good. my suggestions:

the text is incredibly hard to read. Change the font, style, color, whatever so that when you first see it you know what the words are.

the spacing is kind of wierd. The top line has a lot of space under it, whereas the bottom has an extra line of text and a picture, so the top looks plain and empty. Move the top line down, make it more sleek and clean, a new font will help that.

I like what you did with the middle, I just think everything else (the text) needs to be integrated with it.
