Logo redesign

Hello, I'm new to the forums. I redesigned a logo and I'd like your opinions on it

I like the new design better and it has a fresh look to it, gradients rock. My only reservation is the overlap of the letters and the circle, I think it might look better if this were avoided. Maybe have the left side behind and the right in front making it appear as if it has movement. Otherwise I think it is a vast improvment.

i am not a artist but generally i observed that second one is much better than the previous one and i should appreciate you that you are a good artis!!!!

I like both of them - you are a great artist.

The first one is pixellated alot compared to the second one, so there is so major improvement in the rendering of the second picture. I like the more simple circle in the second as well. The logo is already busy and the two lines oneach side just didnt not add positivly in my eyes...
