I believe I've improved the technique and I can move on to teh next projecet

I reflection in water that choppy/wavey would not be as crisp as you have it there; I would try lowering the opacity a little more and adding the ripple/wave filter, play around with either of those and you should have something that looks more like a reflection on water. Additionally, I would try getting a little closer on the cutout, there is a small outline on the lower right side of the statue (on land).

1. My main point was to present teh idea of reflecting things by water.
2. Improvment techniques are endless. Proof - I got u to respond, which helps me alot.
3. My ultimate objective is to somehow incorporate 3d stuff into it. This will be reality in the near future.

very splendid.
The reflection in water is superb.
But there is a little lag in that refletion, just between the image bottom and the reflection, But i could not say waht it is.
