That is very good decta. Nice use of color, not to bold not to dreary. Although, I think the type could be different, it still fits in.
I wouldn't have used a pixel font personally, but it's all about taste and it looks fine anyway.

Man, that's some great work. That's really all I can say. I can't think of anything I don't like or would change. It reminds me of the inside of a missle silo or something. (even though I've never been in one).

no - just 2 times the polar coordinates filter. but what i made with them was deleted.
the rest is just layers and self made stuff. i don't use any 3rd party filters. just pure photoshop.

awesome image. love the use of colours - the black, not to overpowering, but somewhat ominous. looks very good. i also would change the font, but thats just me - it really looks good.
