That is WAY COOL for you first graphic! Just a few tips: There might be too much green in there. It's very sewer-like, but if it's what you want, keep it. Also, try contrasting your embosses a little. You're doing great for a newbie!
P.S, you might find it very hard to make those links work since they're part of your pic, but if you have dreamweaver, all is well and good!
