How bad am I? ;)

Overall its decent.

Im not quite sure the pyramid shaped thing in the center is. And Im also not sure about the glowing orbs, they seem very unrealistic.

All in all not bad. I think you'd benefit from making simpler, however.

Euh well in fact that "pyramid thing" is ment to be a floor floating in space... :D

Any sugestions for "simpler"?

Distort the skull to match the perspective or the rest of the letters.
Make the ords match to there holders more fluently.

To take that image to the next level, you need to become one with the dodge and burn tools. The text looks 'flat' in the image. Use dodge to add highlights in the middle of each bone and burn to add shadows along the sides to create a 3D feel to them.

Ok, thx u all A LOT for ur hints :D !!! This is what I got after editing a bit (I doged/ burned the letters, I gave bigger holders for the "fire-balls" and tried distorting the skull).

Great!! Lookin' better -n- better! Keep diggin' in, and find areas to improve.
