mister and missis bear - for a friend's kid... I'm going to put them near a cottage in a forest or something... for now I'm just happy I finished all the bows and ribbons and little roses hihi
hope you guys like them

the bears
the outlines

and a flash version if you want to get closer

I used some very old Paddington teddy bears for refference

wow, awesome stuff mihai. I really admire your attention to detial, simply outstanding :D

The female bear looks really sad though, like she's about to cry....why would you make her cry, mihai? ;)

Anyway, I'm sure the kid will love em. Top work as usual!

Those are some nice bears.....especially that dress!

But with the dress im starting to question whether he has enough detail? Maybe he needs a couple more (smaller) folds where his coat ties together? Not sure, but she seems to capture the most attention.

Either way, im sure the kid will flip.

I know! this is what I was afraid of. mister bear was the first I made.. then when I got to the dress... I kinda got caught.. and added loads more details than I originally intended.. so now.. I dunno - the male looks..."poor"

You can always count on us, Mihai, to challenge you to another 4 hours or more of pen'ing--just to satisfy our anal-retentive attention to detail.
