The page is bubbled, and so should your pic. Other than that it looks pretty real to me.

About the joke, I don't et it, but that might be cause I'm not american.

Try playing with the liquify tool. Maybe look for a tutorial if you can't figger it out. I think that's how I'd try to tackle this one.

Looks better, but why did you add a drop shadow to "America frustrated"? That just makes it look fake.

Looks better. If you want to REALLY tear apart your own work; look at the space between the top of the "Time" and the red border.

That was a fun photo-chop.
