PICT2170 & PICT2207 are the best.

I love the composition in 2170, though 2207 is my absolute favorite. I love the strong sense of direction in that one.......the clouds, the dock+reflection that almost form an arrow, how the dock is just about parellel with the horizon, not to mention the red roof. That little bit of color is the difference between a good photo, and something id hang on a wall. Thats what the other similar "reflection" pictures are missing. They're also good, but just missing that extra detail.

Nice!

Hey Rodder,

thanks for the feedback! And I totally agree with what you say, 2207 is my favorite shot also. The moment I checked it on my tiny little screen I knew it was pretty neat. I just love shots like that, rather simple... with not an awful lot of stuff going on... just enough to make it interesting. I just got lucky with the weather, the clouds were amazing that day...

well, as I promised... here are the other photos I still had to sort through.

All in all it was one of the best days to go out photographing... lightning was just about perfect.

Hello, Minse

Nice shots. here are my favorites and what I would do to give them a kick:

2207 darken a little
2209 bring out the shadow detail on the dock
2365 brighten up the wool on the sheep

love & peace,
imdirt

All very nice pictures NL. Some people don't like landscapes, and I don't understand what's wrong with these folks. Anyway, Beautiful shots overall.

My favorites are:

It's a little too dark, but the colours, the reflexions and the angle are just great.

Nice symetrie, but yet it's not quite symetric, I like it. I would maybe play a bit with the contrast though

That's just a classic ;)

It looks like the whole world has stopped there just for one person to take a picture.
