1. The typography doesn't really fit in, and why would it need to say "wallpaper" on a wallpaper, are you going to forget? :D
2. Lens. Flare. Must. Die.
3. The chick in that background doesn't look like she belongs, she just doesn't fit into the style.

I am sure 456 will come for someone else, hope that helped you, and welcome to the forum. Just know, whenever anyone does this too your work, they are trying to help you become better, so don't take it offensive.

Yes, I strongly agree that you should take out the lens flare. Why do you have a closeup of an eye next to the girl in the middle? It doesn't seem to fit well with your theme. I would suggest putting something else there.

take out all the text and it would be a good wallpaper

its a bit busy for my liking :/ but you have to start somewhere I think everyone has said everything else I could think of.
