It doesnt really need the drop shadow if its supposed to be stamped on, or am i totally wrong and it something else.

hey atticus i like the second one. it has more of a grungy/old look to it
maybe you could get rid of the top right corner with a brush or something

This is so much better. The position of the text fits together better, and the border looks really good. I cant belive some one listened to one of my opinions, maybe i can pass my self off as a designer.
