Look at the lighting on the 1st image. The light is coming from 2 different places by the shadows, but the actual light doesn't show.

Look at the ball. The light is as if though it is going straight at it, like it would be coming out of my eyes.

But the shadow shows the light coming from the right.

thats a little wacky. but dont forget its abstract. so I'll give you a break with the shadows. who knows in your abstract mind you break the lays of physiques. oh well. i like the ball though.
