i don't really like it. It's too chaotic.
It makes my eyes spin.

And i think you overused blue. Blue is a great color, but don't overuse it!

You entered a competition with this pic, then maybe try and be a bit more daring with your colorscheme.

A bit to much scanlinish. Tone them down, get rid of the beval in the top right hand corner. It is all to bright for me. ANd why so big.
