this is a pic i drew in art school about 3 yrs ago sence then i have not used pencil and paper to draw my pics :-/ i was in art school for 2 yrs and then i got out cuz i sucked but i do injoy good art work just not mine :P

The left eye is bigger, but it should be smaller because it is (slightly) further away from the viewer. Also, it should be foreshortened more, as it is on the far side of the sphere-shape. I think thats the main problem. Your shading on the clothes is good - nice beard, too.
