Did you like make that in MS paint? Anyways it looks too ounfocused, mebbe have it not too spread out? but that might make it too cluttered... take out a couple girls and focus in more i guess...

it is in focus. Its just is saved as a low res file because freeservers.com, the host, wont let me put the origional 25 meg file on the site. I do agree that its a little bit cluttered. I know i know, Less means more.
