I really love the look of buildings and the downtown city landscape at night. I want to take some photos but not sure on how to capture them as best as possible. What type of shutter speed should I use? What type of exposure? I really am lost here, just trying to get some real hands on feedback from the guys who have actually done it, instead of some search on google. Thanks guys.

Hm, well, what kind of camera are you using? You can start out by changing the setting on your camera, to something that accomidates the dark downtown setting.
