I don't know exactly how you guys want to do this... I guess we'll just have a thread with the title as the theme, then you make work using that theme as inspiration, and post it here...

Let me know if you want to do it differently.

Everyone will forget about it and ignore if it's only once a month. bi-weekly would be a good compromise i think.
