meh, i don't like the whole bevel+outer glow thing going on with the buildings, the TPS symbol looks like an R and the spotlight made the sky darker... Otherwise the idea and concept is great, just gotta improve on certain things.

oi, lets see if i can give you a few suggestions too..

for the city area, even if it's at night, there are several lights still on, maybe you can add that to your final product.

if drawing the skyline of the city is a bit too frustrating, you can always make it a photomanip and grab a night photo of a city skyline and use it.

for the spot light, it should be like a gradual change in brightness, darker near the base of the cone and brighter as it gets closer to the image in the clouds.

you can always seperate the circle of the TPS symbol then add that filter so it looks more like a P rather than an R, it's more of a personal preference and if other people like it as it is, it's all up to you to change it.

i guess that's about it.
