Open any WYSIWYG editor and it'll generate it for you.
Or cut the image up in PS or ImageReady.

i think i may have it figured out (http://www.shatterdesigns.8k.com/splash3.html)

the only thing that sux is that i used freeservers for this splash so there is a rediculous banner on the top of the page.
