Well, it's a noised max shape, on a simple PS filter. With some badly positioned shape...

I mean, the shape itseld probabaly has some potential. But I would scrap the backround and the text.

I think it'd be better w/ a simpler bg and shrink down the orange and don't put that fuzzy text inside of it...nice start
