What do you guys think of this design for a splash screen?

It's very nice. I'm pretty sure Pank will use it.

I think it looks pretty cool, i would maybe do somethign with the background the black kindof makes it looks too blank, but other then that i think it looks great... nice 3d work there :D

It looks pretty oldschool-ish, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing...at least for this image. I love the magic-thingie with the sphere with some weird stuff inside going nuts. :D

Thanks guys, I know it is kind of old schoolish and the black does make it look kind of blank. I was shooting for simplistic, I'm kind of old fashioned that way. But I think you guys are right the more I look at it, it really does need something doesn't it? I'm going to mess around with it some more and see what I can come up with. I really appreciate the input, and the positive feedback and comments. Very constructive criticism, I like that. This is a good board.

The improved splash design

It's a little overcompressed and noticable in areas, but if Pank decides to use it, I am going to slice it and compress it correctly.

Looks great. I see some good ones I need to grab up. As soon as I get some free time I'll update them...

I think its nice, but the background really needs to be brought to life a bit. excellent work tho.
