You can add any other text you want.

Use this picture as a main part of the design.

You can cut the guy out of the background if you want, just use it as a main part of the design so it is still visible.

The final image should be 75% of the original size of that image.

Use only photoshop. Any native or 3rd party filters. You may add other images if you want.

That should be it... Have it done by 02-15-02 at 7:00pm CST

Well, I'm sure many others out there could have done much, MUCH better things with this as it was a really cool image that Deker found.
