Photoshop only.... no photos, no clipart, no premade images of any sort. You'll have to use photoshop and its "native" filters to convey the thought Cool or Cold... NO THIRD PARTY PLUGINS

Does native mean filters that were there in PS 4.0? Or just layer effects?

If it was available in photoshop the minute you installed it, then you can use it. If you installed another set of filters like Eyecandy, then you can't use them.

what size does it have to be?

NOA's has a focus to it, an element that carries the rest of the image. I liked the addition of the double helix too, lol...
