me vs anyone - redesign a crappy website

a mod will find a crappy website such as:
http://www.greenville.k12.sc.us/jlmann/
and we will have a challenge to see who can come up with a better design. it will be a home page snapshot only, not a working website. photoshop only, text/photos obviously allowed.

who wants to take me up on the challenge?

But you will have to let me use Paint Shop Pro, don't worry, PSP dosn't compare to PS.
