1. If you want to challenge somebody make a "new" post with a subject title of something like "Mattboy vs. Deker". In your post say if you want to use "only" Photoshop native filters, no filters, 3rd party filters, etc. You get the idea. Just make sure you lay out clearly how you want your challenge set up. The honor system will have to be in effect for filter usage...
