Question:

If I don't have photoshop (im broke and cheap), but paintshop pro instead, would it be possible for me to enter in a challenge, although it would be somewhat of a disadvantage for me. I also have eyecandy filters.

If you still want to participate even though you have a 'software disadvantage', go for it. It's up to you.

Well like i dont mind, the disadvantage, but the tools availiable (although some may consider them worse) are different, thus constituting perhaps some equality issues.)

Besides this community is really cool, and I've still learned a lot about graphic design here.

It seems that many of the PSP tutorial sites ive looked at havent been as professional, and do less quality work... Like I already know how to do that stuff, and it doesn't help me at all.

Then again NOA, if you are afraid of my 1337 P5P Skillz, just say so.
