Sidefx vs Catscratch

Well, I'm gonna challenge you to a Layout Battle

We'll do something different.
The Mods will post an ugly random site to be redesigned, just the layout, not the whole site.

Rules:

1) Photoshop and stock photos

2) Final layout to coded(with the gfx)

3) Should work in all three main browsers(am i asking too much?) IE5x, Netscape 4x, and Opera 6

4) Page should for the common res, 800x600

5) Add any other rules you want, to be fair

Well you're on mate BUT I need way more time then 48 hours. I'm sick at home as we speak. And I'm busy with 2 customer's sites. Money ... err customers come first. Remember I do webdesign after my hours. It would be a very good thing if there's a weekend somewhere in our challenge.

One remarque on your rules: change NS 4x to NS6x. I encounter to much horrors with that browser on work. Don't want to encounter any in my spare time.

I'm not going nutz... Its just that we need something new in this battle board.
