how dya use these things

hey..ive downloaded a lot of these things like, glass ball action and things.

and ive put them in the folder with all the other actions in.
but i cant find any option to use them.

is there another folder i should put them in, or could u tell me how to use them

You should get away your actions palett from upper-left docker (click on namepane "Actions" and drag away) , then you see a little triangle (as in every other docker in PS) in upper-left. Click on it and select "Load actions". So - navigate into Photoshop actions directory and select you wanted. Simple.
Then you see the action(pack) in your actions docker. Use it!
