When working with Photoshop 6, and the text tool, where can you adjust the Kearning and Leading aspects of the text?

Eric,
Click the Palettes button in the Options Palette (it hovers at the top of your screen). It has controls for what you want as well as tracking, scaling, and more. It also sports redundant controls for font & style.
