When I apply Unsharp Mask to an image it seems to change my image's color a little sometimes. How can I sharpen without affecting color

Feynman Rulz, Sharpening increases contrast between pixels, so color will be affected, too. It might seem like the color after sharpening is more saturated. If you sharpen only a small amount it's not that noticeable, but for big jobs, try this: Change your Image Mode to Lab Color and then select the Lightness Channel in the Channels Palette. The other two channels contain the image's color info; this one just handles the values so it will look like a grayscale image. Apply your Sharpen Filter. Then select the composite channel and feel free to switch back to whatever mode you want. Value has some effect on color, so though you might possible still notice a difference it will be much less this way.
