Numeric Transform

Sorry, if I sound little bit stupid, I just installed Photoshop 6 and can't find numeric transform, I tried click on everything that is similar to transform. Please help, I can't work with images without it

Keep your eye on the new Options Bar (that long thing that hovers at the top of your work area). A lot of things that resided in various places in previous versions of Photoshop, have been tidied up and now reside there. But the Options Bar is context-sensitive. It's display changes depending on which tool or command you're currently using. To answer your question, just choose Edit: Transform: Scale (or whatever) and look at the Options Bar. You can enter numeric values to apply a transformation there.
