Hello, I am new to Flash but not to html and I am wanting to create my first site involving Flash. Anyways, I have been playing around a lot with making MC's and so forth, the only thing Im still lost on is making a web site in Flash. Anyways, here is the structure I want my site to follow www.tdotdesigns.com/example.gif

Basically, I want to know if mixing Flash and html is the best thing for me or if I should just go all Flash. The reason Im considering mixing is that Im not going to have as fancy MC's and Intos that 100% Flash sites have. I just planned on making each of my movies separately and importing them into dreamweaver mx and then editing my html on each page in there. the problem I thought about though is the following...are frames the only way I could have my .SWF files remain loaded through navigating my site or what? I dont want the Flash file to load every time a link is clicked on, its going to be the same on all my pages. Also, I dont want my html text in my content cell to show for 10 seconds while my preloaders run. Is there an easier way to mix html and Flash inside of Flash MX? I just need some advice on which way to go/my best approach for this.

Thanks a lot
Adam

Put everything into a table in DW, then in the 4 sections of flash, when you have a link, link to another page. You can type anything in a table...just put your swf files in the other sections.
