Flash: Start/Stop buttons for music

Hi, I am really new to Flash, and I have been looking for tutorials on how to get buttons to start and stop music, but I can not find one. I was wondering if someone could help me.

I want a sound to start with the movie, but then I want two buttons, a button to stop the sound, and a button to start the sound again.

I have seen several sites that do it, such as Pank's. Can anyone help?
