making objects truly invisible |

i lower the opacity of my symbol but you can still see it becuase it slightly lightens the area it covers how to i make it truly see through and invisible?

Erm....you must be doing something wrong...0% opacity is invisible...Make sure you have the whole thing selected and converted to a symbol, and then do the opacity...It sounds to me that you have a wrong object in your Movie Clip.

have a look for yourself at what i mean put your mouseover the portfolio button and then put your mouse over the flash menu item and see what happens you will notice that my symbol is not truly transparent http://www.cncref.com/flashmovies/main.html |
