Can you import files generated in the standalone Swift3d into Flash 5?

yes, you just render out swf files and import them.

I would recommend using 3ds max or lightwave and getting the swift plugin for those and then rendering that way. its much easier to create cameras and stuff in max. the standalone swift program can limit u quite a bit

One major difference though is that swift 3d is a LOT cheaper! lol

Studio Max of course blows away Swift 3D, it's even a joke to venture a comparison! lol

I mentioned the price thing only because that is a big issue with me right now unfortunately and since Studio costs about as much as a good used car, I have to use Swift 3D for the 3D stuff for now.

Bummer! lol

If you have After Affects, there's no ned to get Swift 3D. Swift 3D is a great buy though..
