Two probs in DW.. pls help.

I'm doing a warcraft 3 related site for the moment and got to questions that's bugging me.
1: I am building the page by using frames and I want to colorize them, but when I do it it just gets a little black while the most of the default frameborder (u know, the grey one) remains.I want the whole border to be black and nothing else.

2: is there anyway to add color to the scrollbar so it works in all browsers or at least many, the script 'm using for the moment just works in expl. 5 +. Thx for helping, I would really appreciate it!=)

I can only answer question two because I don't deal with frames anymore. Anyway, you need to use a custom DHTML scroll script if you want to change the colors and have it work in all browsers; otherwise, your stuck with IE 5.5+. The reason for this is that Microsoft doesn't follow W3C standards. If you need a scroll script see the FAQ forum.
