Who knows how to save gif files or jpeg files in 3d studio max cause i have no idea and i tried export too.

If you render a frame it allows you to save that specific frame as a Jpeg. Hope that helps.

after you renser it in the upper right hand corner theres a save icon

I wouldn't reccomend saving jpegs directly from MAX. The compressor sucks and it lacks optimization controls. If you're planning on using your render for a design then you should save it as a TIF and then export it to jpg in ImageReady.

it lets you save it as .BMP and then you can open it in photoshop and do what you like with it.
