im stupid,...help

Hey, I know all of you are geniuses, but I need some serious help that may seem like nothing to all of you. I sat for about an hour trying to make the time distance between each scene less. the first scene would show for maybe 3 seconds which is fine, but then it goes blank for about 30 seconds and then the next scene goes up for five, then again with the 30. What the hell? I screwed around with it for so long. Its getting tiring.

Your second scene is loading in I reckon. If you're using Flash 5, i'd perhaps advise getting away from scenes all together, actionscript has really made scenes a bit pointless..in most of the cases. Your second scene must load before it appears, so therefore it's blank for about 30seconds.

If this is not your problem, write some more detailed explanations.
