3d studio max 4 mtlgen.dlt file help plz

i dont knoe what happened but when i tried to start up 3dmax

that annoying ass error msg box popped up saying

mtlgen.dlt Is Missing

and then when i look in the folder i see it rite there

and im thinking wtf is going on here

so i copied the file and put it in everysingle folder that had n e thing to do with 3dmax

then i went and added it to my systems dir.

and omg it popped up still

can sumone out there plz freaking help me cuz i wasted a lot of my parents money buying that **** and there are really ticked off at me

so plz help me b4 they killl me and stuff like that

how bout calling technical support?.. or reinstalling
or i don't know.. manual, there must be a troubleshoot section

or hit the website and ask around

why use 3DSM when you have already ripped LW?

im using light wave 5.5 man

thats so old and it doesnt have n e good features like the 6.5 and the 7 vers.

i got it fixed by my cuz

he has 3dstudiomax 4 to

same ver.

and he said same shiet happen to him so he came over from frisco and fixed it for me

oh yea

does n e one have n e good tuts or knoe of a good site for 3dmax tuts?
