i need to knoe how to save a rendered image as psd if possible? or just save it as n e thing besides a scene? sumone plz help me cuz i have lightwave and its useful to me a lot unless i figure this out so plzzzzzz im dying here i want to make my 3d art u gusy can help me i knoe it peace out ppl |

1. You could read the 'manual' 2. check google. 3. got to www.postforum.com and join the lightwave forum, they'll know. when you save as a .psd, you'll be able to save it so that when you open the file, all your shadows and lights and stuff will be on seperate layers which is pretty cool. hope it helps |

um, far as i know there's no way to save a LightWave scene in a layered format, and as the render doesn't really work like that i'd be completely amazed if you could. render and save it as a tga or another uncompressed format and bring that into photoshop. chris |

On the render screen, File > Save Resampled, Choose psd. It won't be layered, but you can open it in PS.

Hmm, that seems kinda strange....C4D can save to up to 15 layers i think...
