the font should be on your HD font folder. I don't get what you mean. Why not just type it out again? Or yes, copy and paste (you're doing that a lot) it into flash. Flash is automatically covert this to your default font. From there you just hihghlight the text and select the font you want it in and in the text tab click on 'use device fonts' Flash isn't all that great with copying and pasting from other programs, like i said earlier, try doing stuff in flash itself. |

than you cybling, it's just that this time ( as i'm new to flash ) i made things in illustrator thinking that i could just copy and paste stuff without problems. that is why i encounter problems, next time i'll have it in mind i just have to make things into flash itself. i'm learning,,,, as you see my question are very basic! what happens is that when i copy and paste from illu to flash, the text breaks into single line text boxes, and you can't deat with it anymore. |

There's absolutely no reason not to do this in flash, I would never recommend copying and pasting, there's no point at all. You could just save the illustrator file and import it into flash. file>import Or make it in flash. Both progs are vector based. No quality is going to be lost. |
