How are those new flash tutorials coming along?

I'm playing with a simple one for using variables in Flash 5, i'm aiming to have the day off from actual work on Friday so I can get that one up. Also a review of Foundation Flash 5 in the next few days (GREAT book) and another idea I have for TeamPS that I'm talking to Bob about

yeah, those books are pretty cool! have you also seen the new masters of flash? It's made by the same people I think! holy shit! I have got to save up for that book! also, when I actually know something about flash I might get a better book . I like books better than tuts, you always run out of tuts, or don't know how to do them, lol I like books. Also, I didn't really get a chance to look at Foundation Flash 5... is it good? what's it about? would my 13 yr old self be able to understand any of it!?

Yup, I also own New Masters of Flash (as well as Foundation Actionscript). Foundation Flash 5 is a great book for getting all the basics of Flash down, it gives a great overview of the program and how all the tools work and is very easy to read. I highly recommend it, and I'll have more detail in a review that should be up late tomorrow or Saturday...
