I recently came across this site http://www.cbnsystem.com. They have a program called CBN Assistant. I downloaded it for Photoshop and tested it out and wow! The color-picker is nothing like i've seen b4, its' pretty nice. I was also reading that the program is specifically for "Architects, Designers, and Specification Writers" whatever that is. But the plug-in works for photoshop, corel draw and autocad. Check it out.
