I have created a very short clip that I want to try out on my web page. How the heck do you get the movie (.swf) into HTML so I can paste it onto my page?! Please help! Thanks

Publishing and editing movies is well covered in the Help files, but I'll help you anyway.
Go to File > Publish.
You can use the HTML file that's generated with the .swf, or you can open the HTML file published with it, and copy everything from <object> to </object>, and paste it in an existing HTML page.
