error in frontpage |

hi, i have a problem.. i created a nav bar in photoshop and jumped it to imageready to create an imagemap.. but when i tried inserting it into frontpage i get a mesage" file not supported by frontpage" can you help me with this problem?? thank you ......................sinn |

make sure you are not trying to insert the ".psd" file. Make double-sure that what you are trying to insert is an image file. |

hi ,yes well when i export it from imageready i save as optimized file. it then gives me theoption to save as html & image or just html or just image. i choose html and image combined and it didnt work. then i tried just image and it worked but it didnt show the clickable regions over the navbar when i previewed it.. i wonder whats up with that?? sinn |

Can you view your HTML file created in ImageReady in a browser? Check that first and make sure you don't have any problems there. I generally just create a new HTML doc (wherever it is I want to "put" my table) in Dreamweaver and save it in the same directory as my ImageReady HTMl doc (so that it keeps all the file paths relatvive), then open the ImageReady HTML file in Dreamweaver and cut/paste it into my new doc, works great. Well I am Pro-Microsoft, but I like Dreamweaver better. I just don't think you should should up and tell someone to stop using a particular product without giving a reason behind it. |

did i say quit using Frontpage?? ... or r u refering to vali?? cause i use frontpage to teach my "anti-dreamweaver" friends over in school to make webpages |
