How to export transparent image in Freehand?

I created a logo,but don't know how to make the background transparent.??

File >save as >

select "freehand eps"

save.

for print purposes that will work fine.

for the web:

now open that eps in photoshop you'll see the eps has a transparent background...in photoshop 6 thats all you need.

File >save for web>

select .gif as the file type and check the tranparency checkbox

save.
