flash to .gif quality loss

I am having a very difficult time getting the quality of my .gif to look anything close to the flash movie I created any help would be greatly appriciated.

well, you're limiting your colors in your GIF (because you have to, most you can have is 256) so if you're at 256 colors that's really about the best you can do. GIFs unforutunately don't work well with lots of colors, you might try limiting your colors for a cleaner look.
