Help with website..Creating in Photoshop.. Looking for tutuor

My names is Xavier I am opening a school in atlanta. I am pretty good at website..(Frontpage ha ha ha) However, I downloaded a template from templatesbox.com. I am catching pure hell with this process. I know it is simple ( There has to be a method to the madness) Can someone please spare me some time and wisdom to help me get this site up and running. As part of the quality assurance testing for SiteGrinder we converted several templatesbox templates from Photoshop to HTML using the SiteGrinder plug-in http://www.medialab.com/sitegrinder. I think one of them even made it, with a mini how-to discussion to the examples page. http://www.medialab.com/sitegrinder/examplepages.html

The templatebox Photoshop files are, generally, pretty well made, so they shouldn't be too much hassle.
