Flash MX Open Folder

I'm creating a media CD for a friend of mine with flash. He got a template from template monster and I'm trying to make due with the little I know. I need a link that will open a folder on the media cd I'm creating, but the gotoURL function does not seem to work properly for this function. Anyone know how to link to a folder from Flash?

not sure if you can actually open an individual folder thru flash, or why you'd want to if that's what you're asking.

also, without knowing where anything is on the cd it's near impossible to tell you how to link things up. if you can post the actionscript, directory structure, etc., someome can tell you if there's just an error in your code or if it needs to point somwhere else, etc.
